New Import Certification Requirement for Products Not Listed Under CEL

 

The Shanghai Entry-Exit Inspection and Quarantine Bureau has published a new set of special import requirements for products not listed in the China Energy Label (CEL) import catalogue requiring a new import certification in order to proceed with product imports.
