MIIT, NDRC Outline Broadband China Goals

On April 17, the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, the National Development and Reform Commission, the Ministry of Science & Technology, and four other ministries jointly issued guiding principles and 2013 goals for implementation of broadband in China.
