SAC Defers Consumer Product Manual Implementation

The Standardization Administration of China (SAC) yesterday announced it would postpone implementation of the Instruction for the Use of Products of Consumer Interests -- Part 1: General Principles (GB5296.1-2012) until May 1st, 2014.
