USITO Call for Comments: China’s Draft Special Provisions on the Protection of China’s Trade Secrets
On Oct 26, China’s Ministry of Commerce (MOFCOM) released the Special Provisions on the Protection of China's Trade Secret (Draft for Comments) for public comments. The draft would apply to foreign entities whose infringement of China’s trade secrets in international economic, trade, and related activities also harms or poses an actual threat to China’s national sovereignty, security, or development interests. The public comment deadline is November 24, 2026.
