CAC Released The 15th Five-Year Plan for National Informatizition
On Oct 23, CAC released The 15th Five-Year Plan for National Informatizition. The Plan sets out a policy framework for developing digital infrastructure, advancing information technology, and expanding digital applications across the economy and society. The National Informatization Plan sets broad priorities for advancing informatization across the economy and society. It shares several priorities with MIIT’s 15th Five-Year Plan for the Information and Communications Industry, including digital infrastructure, coordination between compute capacity and networks, key technology innovation, industry digitalization, and cybersecurity and data security.
