SAMR Released Annual Legislative Work Plan for 2021

On April 2nd, the State Administration for Market Regulation (SAMR) released the Legislative Work Plan for 2021 involving 67 legislative projects. This includes 6 drafted laws and regulations, and 61 sets of departmental rules under revision (including 36 in Category I and 25 in Category II).
