MEM Guideline on Hazardous Chemicals Accidents (Draft)

The Ministry of Emergency Management (MEM) recently released the Guideline for Contingency Plan on Work Safety Accidents in Hazardous Chemicals Enterprises (Draft for Comments) , with a deadline of November 20, 2019. 

 

This is a guideline for units producing, using, managing, storing the hazardous chemicals, in accordance with existing laws and regulations including Emergency Response Law, Safe Production Law, Emergency Guidelines for Safe Production, Administrative Measures for Production Accident Emergency, among others.
