CAC Released Administrative Regulations on Blockchain Information Services (Draft for Comment)

On October 19, the Cybersecurity Administration of China (CAC) released Administrative Regulations on Blockchain Information Services (Draft for Comment). The draft Regulations have been developed in accordance with Cybersecurity Law, Administrative Measures for Internet Information Services, andthe Notice of the State Council on Authorizing Cyberspace Administration of China to Oversee Internet Information Content.
