MEE Released China Solid Waste Law Open for Comment

On July 17, the Ministry of Ecology and Environment released the Revision Draft of the Law on the Prevention and Control of Environmental Pollution Caused by Solid Waste, setting the deadline for comments on August 18, 2018.

 

The new revision draft contains 102 articles in total, including fifty revised and fourteen newly added articles, and eliminating four articles from the original draft legislation.
