Intellectual Property Case Trial Guideline Released

On February 27, the General Offices of the Communist Party of China (CPC) Central Committee and the General Office of the State Council jointly issued the Opinions on Some Issues Concerning Strengthening the Reform and Innovation of Intellectual Property Trial. The Opinions represent the CPC Central Committee’s aim to deepen reform in the realm of intellectual property trials, and is an initial guideline document oriented toward trials of intellectual property cases.
