State Council Releases Legislative Work Plan for 2018

On March 14, the General Office of the State Council released the Legislative Work Plan for 2018. The plan lists 58 projects for 2018, covering seven sectors including the economy, political democracy, culture, people’s wellbeing, ecological environment, national defense and diplomacy. 16 projects will be submitted to the NPC Standing Committee for deliberation, 27 are regulations and administrative measures to be developed and 15 involve the revision of existing government regulations.
