NDRC Officially Terminates Cyanide Gold-Plating Ban

On July 14, the National Development and Reform Commission (NDRC) announced a plan to officially terminate the ban on cyanide gold-plating in manufacturing. The announcement, officially called the "Notice on Terminating Implementation of the Guidance Catalogue for Industrial Structural Transformation (draft for comment)",  also stated that the NDRC will be collecting comments on the Notice through July 27.
