Roundtable discussion on Service Invention Regulations on July 31

USITO and the US-China Business Council (USCBC) are pleased to co-host a roundtable discussion on China's Service Invention Regulations (SIR) on Thursday, July 31st. We would like to take this opportunity to bring together experts from both ICT and non-ICT industries (energy, health-care, etc.) to discuss on possible joint next steps to further engage with relevant policy makers.

As you know, China's State Intellectual Property Office (SIPO) released an updated edition of the SIR in April this year for public comment, without indicating a hard deadline. We are also aware that SIPO is still studying the Regulations and open to comments and suggestions till later this year, leaving us time and opportunities for further discussion.
