SAC and SIPO Release Regulations for National Standards Involving Patents
On Dec. 26th, the Standardization Administration of China (SAC) and State Intellectual Property Office (SIPO) jointly announced the "Regulations for National Standards Involving Patents (Provisional)", effective January 1st, 2014.
