SCLAO Seeks Comment On Healthcare Information Privacy Measures
China's Legislative Affairs Office of the State Council (SCLAO) published on Nov. 19th a draft regulation to standardize the collection, management, sharing and use of healthcare information in China. The document is titled "Provisional Administrative Measures for Population Healthcare Information"
and SCLAO is accepting comments through December 20th.
