NDRC Releases 2013-2014 National Plan for Key Software and IC Enterprises
On Sept. 2nd, China's National Development and Reform Commission (NDRC) announced its "Notice Regarding Organizing the Qualification of State Planning for Key Software Enterprises and Integrated Circuitry Design Enterprises from 2013-2014" formulated in conjunction with the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology (MIIT), the Ministry of Finance, the Ministry of Commerce, and the State Administration of Taxation (SAT) to provide guidance on setting minimum criteria and requirements for local government selection and recognition of key strategic enterprises.
