CATR Interprets New Broadband and Information Consumption Policies

On Sept. 5th, the Taier Labs website published two interviews with experts from the Chinese Academy of Telecommunications Research (CATR) of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology (MIIT), one on the significance of China's Broadband Strategy released by the State Council on Aug. 17th, and one on the recently published State Council's "Opinions Regarding Promotion of Domestic Demand for Information Consumption".
