China Launches "Old for Remanufacturing" Pilot Program

On Aug. 29th, the National Development and Reform Commission (NDRC), Ministry of Finance (MOF), Ministry of Industry and Information Technology (MIIT), Ministry of Commerce (MOFCOM), and General Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine (AQSIQ) jointly promulgated the "Plan for Implementing the 'Old for Remanufacturing' Pilot Program". The plan aims to achieve energy savings and environmental protection objectives in accordance with the Circular Economy Promotion Law and national 12th FYP goals.
