State Council Approves Shanghai Pilot Free Trade Zone

On Aug. 22nd, according to China's Ministry of Commerce (MOFCOM), the State Council has approved the establishment of a Shanghai Pilot Free Trade Zone as a big step towards Chinese market liberalization and to test policies that ultimately may then be implemented in free trade zones across the country.
