White Paper on China's Law-Based Cyberspace Governance in the New Era

On March 16, the State Council Information Office of China published a white paper on China's Law-Based Cyberspace Governance in the New Era. The white paper focuses on China's effort to uphold the rule of law in cyberspace, consolidate the legal system for cyberspace governance, maintain order in a rule-based cyberspace, defend fairness and justice in cyberspace, promote public awareness and competence in law-based cyberspace governance, and increase international exchanges and cooperation in law-based cyberspace governance.
