USITO Publishes Analysis of 'Two Meetings' and Fourth Plenum
Information and communications technology (ICT) policies in China are largely influenced by three key central government meetings held each year, the Plenary Session of the Central Committee held each fall, and the two legislative meetings – National People’s Congress and Chinese People’s Political Consultative Conference – held each spring. This paper provides background and highlights the relevant outcomes of the most recent round of meetings.
