USITO call for comments on the Government Procurement Law of China (Draft Revision for Comments)

MOFCOM released the Government Procurement Law of the People's Republic of China (Draft Revision for Comments) calling for comments with a deadline of August 14th. The law contains 10 chapters and 125 articles. In addition to general provisions and supplementary provisions, chapters contain government procurement participants, policies, demand management, methods and procedures and contract management, as well as dispute resolution, supervision and inspection.
