USITO Call for Comments: Draft Revision of the Government Procurement Law
On June 26, the Draft Revision of the Government Procurement Law of the People’s Republic of China was released for public comment with a deadline on July 25. The draft consists of 10 chapters and 104 articles, covering general provisions, parties to government procurement, pre-procurement preparation, procurement methods and procedures, contract management, digitalization of government procurement, inquiries and complaints, supervision and inspection, legal liability, and supplementary provisions.
