Telecom and Internet User Personal Information Protection Regulation Effective September 1st

 

On July 16th, the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology (MIIT) officially released the
"Telecom and Internet User personal Information Protection Regulation" MIIT Order No. 24
after its 2nd round of comment reviews held on June 28th and it is set to become effective on September 1st 2013.
