Shanghai Publishes 'Negative List' for Pilot Free Trade Zone

On Sept. 29th, the Shanghai Municipal Government published "Special Management Measures for Foreign Investment in the China (Shanghai) Pilot Free Trade Zone (Negative list) (2013)"  defining limits for foreign investment in specific industries and services within the Shanghai Free Trade Zone (FTZ).
