SAMR and CNCA Jointly Announce Further Reform on CCC Marks

On June 15, the State Administration of Market Regulation (SAMR) and the Certification and Accreditation Administration of the P.R.C. (CNCA) jointly released an Announcement on Reform of Product Catalog and Implementation of China Compulsory Certification (CCC) Marks.

 

Through this announcement, SAMR and CNCA aim to enhance ownership and responsibility for enterprises in the market, as well as to further reduce institutional transaction costs.
