Plan for Promoting Intellectual Property Development Programme in 2026
On May 16, the Office of the Inter-ministerial Joint Conference System for Building China into an Intellectual Property Powerhouse has issued the Plan for Promoting Intellectual Property Powerhouse Development Programme in 2026, outlining 106 key tasks across seven priority areas. These include strengthening intellectual property (IP) protection, improving IP commercialization and utilization mechanisms, enhancing IP public services, fostering a favorable environment for valuing intellectual property, participating in global IP governance, and strengthening organizational support.
