NIPA Releases the Draft Guidelines for Patent Examination Part II Chapter 9 Revision for Public Comment

On November 12, 2019, the National Intellectual Property Administration (NIPA) released the Draft Guidelines for Patent Examination Part II Chapter 9 Revision for public comment with a December 11, 2019 deadline.
