NDRC Seeks Comment on Revised China WEEE Catalogue
On Dec. 25th, the Department of Resource Conservation and Environmental Protection of theNational Development and Reform Commission (NDRC)released the Revised Catalogue for the China Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment (WEEE), with a comment deadline of Jan. 24th, 2014.
The Revised Catalogue expands coverage from the five major household appliances in the first batch (televisions, computers, refrigerators, washing machines and air conditioners) to six main categories covering 13 sub-categories and 28 products.
