NDRC Publishes Explanatory Notes for Cyanide Electroplating Process Amendment

The National Development and Reform Commission (NDRC) released on March 28th a "Revised Guiding Catalogue of Industry Structural Adjustment", which will come into effect on May 1st, 2013. The NDRC has also recently published accompanying "Explanatory Notes" to this amendment.
