NDRC Implements National Infosec Special Projects Product Testing Plan

On Dec. 27th, with support from the Ministry of Public Security (MPS), the State Secrets Administration Bureau, the General Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine (AQSIQ), the State Encryption Management Bureau (SEMB), and the Chinese Academy of Sciences (CAS), the National Development and Reform Commission (NDRC) announced a scheduled testing plan for information security products and technologies applying for Special Projects funding. 

The Special Projects funding was announced last August with the NDRC's publication of its "Notice Regarding the Implementation of the 2013 National Information Security Special Projects" (NDRC High-tech [2013] No. 1965). For more information on NDRC's testing plans, please refer to the announcement in Chinese.
