MOFCOM and Eight Other Ministries Jointly Released Opinions on Accelerating the Development of Commerce through Science and Technology
On Oct 19, MOFCOM, CAC, NDRC, MOE, MOT, MIIT, MCT, PBOC and SAMR jointly released the Opinions on Accelerating the Development of Commerce through Science and Technology. The Opinions provide policy guidance for applying science and technology across the commerce sector. They encourage technologies including AI, big data, the IoT, cloud computing, blockchain, digital twins, and embodied intelligence to support smarter, greener, and more integrated commerce.
