MIIT Seeks Comment on E-government Cloud Computing Standards

On August 2nd, the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology (MIIT) released for public comment 18 recommended national standards for e-government cloud-based public platforms. The comment period ends August 16th. The China Academy of Telecommunications Research (CATR) is drafting the standards and aims to finalize them in 2014.
