MIIT Releases Program Proposal to Promote "5G+Industrial Internet" Development

MIIT recently released the "512 Program Proposal" to Promote "5G + Industrial Internet" Development, which sets the following goals for 2020: 
  • Apply 5G + industrial Internet technologies to business and expand industry capabilities; 
  • Establish 5 industry-oriented public service platforms for public service; and 
  • Build a batch of benchmark or model projects, and develop at least 20 typical industrial application scenarios.
