MIIT Releases Official Market-Adjusted Pricing Plan for MVNO Resale Services

On Nov. 15th, two months after the National Development and Reform Commission (NDRC) and theMinistry of Industry and Information Technology (MIIT) published a draft for comment of the "Notice on Adopting Market-Adjusted Price in Mobile Virtual Network Resale Operations (MVNO) Pilot" [MIIT Telecom [2013] No. 458 (Notice)], the Ministries jointly released the official version, with an effective date of Nov. 12th.
