MIIT Releases Mobile Smart Terminal Policy Regulating Pre-Installed Apps

The Ministry of Industry and Information Technology (MIIT) on April 19th released a new "Notification Regarding the Strengthening of Network Access Management of Mobile Smart Terminals", which sets requirements for mobile smart terminal pre-installed software applications.
