MIIT Released Updated China RoHS Product Catalogue and Exemption List (2026 Edition)
On May 28, MIIT officially issued the Catalogue for Compliance Management of Restricted Use of Hazardous Substances in Electrical and Electronic Products (2026 Edition) and the List of Exceptions to RoHS Compliance Management Catalogue (2026 Edition). The new Catalogue and Exemption List shall take effect immediately upon issuance, replacing the first batch of the China RoHS Product Catalogue and Exemption List released in 2018.
