MIIT Released Measures for Record-Filing of Radio Emitters for Sale (Trial) - Draft for Comment

On Aug. 23, the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology (MIIT) released Measures for Record-Filing of Radio Emitters for Sale (Trial) for public comment, with a deadline of Sep 14th. Drafted by the Radio Management Bureau according to China's Radio Regulations and revised in 2016, the Trial Measures proposes an online platform for processes of record-filing and management.
