MIIT, MPS and MOT Released the Code for Management of Road Tests for ICV

On Apr. 12, MIIT, MPS and MOT released Code for Management of Road Tests for Intelligent Connected Vehicles (Interim), effective May 1, to regulate the road testing for ICVs. It also lays out the procedure and the requirements for on road testing, and protocols in case of accidents and traffic violations. The Code also indicates the 3 key stakeholders for ICV, MIIT, MPS and MOT.
