MIIT Minister Presents Five Key Aspects to Build a Modern Industrial System

From March 23th - 25th, the Development Research Center of the State Council hosted "The China Development Forum 2013",  an annual forum for business and academic leaders to interact with China's top decision-makers and economic planners. MIIT Minister Miao Wei highlighted five key important aspects necessary to build a modern industrial system.
