MIIT Issues Mobile Communication Reselling Licenses to 11 Companies
On Dec. 26th, the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology (MIIT) issued the first batch of licenses for mobile communication reselling services (also known as Mobile Virtual Network Operators, MVNO) to 11 private companies. According to MIIT's interpretation, licenses will continue to be issued through July 2014.
