Energy Development 12th FYP

Last month, the State Council issued its Energy Development 12th Five-Year-Plan. As a key component of the national 12th FYP, the Energy Development FYP focuses on improving energy efficiency and promoting new energy through initiatives in Smart Grid, distributed energy, and new energy automotive.
