CNPC Publishes Second Draft of Amendments to Consumer Protection Law for Public Comment

On Sept. 6th, China's National People's Congress published a second draft of Amendments to Law of PRC on the Protection of Consumer Rights, with a deadline for comment of Oct. 5th.
