China-German Cooperation on Smart Manufacturing

On May 25, MIIT released an announcement of a China-German Smart Manufacturing Cooperation. Together, the two countries are establishing a pilot zone where they can experiment with new technologies for the next revolution in manufacturing. Their pilot zone cooperation is in the areas of production, standardization, and talent cultivation. MIIT is taking applications for companies to participate and applications are due June 9.
