On Aug 21, CAC released the Action Plan for Promoting the High-Quality Development of Cyberspace and Informatization Enterprises (2026-2030). The Action Plan seeks to promote cyberspace and informatization enterprises as contributors to China’s development as a cyber power, the digital economy, and broader economic and social modernization. It emphasizes innovation, internationalization, and secure development, with the objectives of improving enterprises’ capabilities in technological innovation, product and service delivery, and industrial digitalization.
