Please join USITO for a members only discussion with Dr. Ling DONG, Executive Director of Competition Law Center of UIBE and Tingting LIU, Associate from WilmerHale, on of the Rules of the Administration for Industry and Commerce on the Prohibition of Abuses of Intellectual Property Rights for the Purposes of Eliminating or Restricting Competition (in Chinese:《工商行政管理机关禁止滥用知识产权排除、限制竞争行为的规定》), that SAIC released for public comment through early July  on Tuesday, June 24th.

Dr. Dong, who has been working closely with SAIC in the Rules drafting processes from the very beginning, will share his understandings on the background, targets, and key articles that SAIC might still not certain.
