Trade, Investment & Compliance

The USITO Trade Compliance Working Group specializes in a range of issues related to customs and trade compliance for ICT sectors, including the GAC Deepening Reform Initiative, customs import requirements related to CCC standards and encryption, export controls, and local market surveillance inspections. The working group works closely with other trade associations and industry groups, advocating for simplified, consistent and coordinated customs and compliance regimes in China.

The Trade Compliance Working Group covers a wide range of compliance issues including:
