NDRC Calls for Public Information Platform for National Trade Associations

Last week, the National Development and Reform Commission (NDRC) issued a set of Guiding Opinions aimed at constructing an information platform for national trade associations and chambers of commerce. The Guiding Opinions establish a trial program for provision of the following types of information on the public platform:

• Registration information of corporate trade associations and chambers of commerce
• Basic industry development information of trade associations and chambers of commerce
• Survey data of key issues relevant to the industry
• New industries and relevant information that is not covered by available statistics and cross-border information.
