NDRC Calls for Clean Production Evaluation Index System Proposals

On Oct. 24th, the National Development and Reform Commission (NDRC) called for project proposals to create a clean production evaluation index system. The goal of the proposal request is to further implement the Clean Production Promotion Law and accelerate the establishment of a unified, standardized evaluation index system for relevant industries by 2014.

 

The NDRC announcement was issued in conjunction with the Ministry of Environmental Protection (MEP)and Ministry of Industry and Information Technology (MIIT). The announcement was addressed to MIIT, MEP, the Ministry of Agriculture, and related industrial associations and central enterprises.
