National Cybersecurity Emergency Response Plan Released Publicly

On June 27, CAC announced on its website the National Cybersecurity Emergency Response Plan, which was circulated to government of all levels in early January. It's designed to implement theCybersecurity Law's (CSL) requirement of setting up an emergency response mechanism for cyber threats.

This national level cybersecurity emergency response plan aims to establish and improve the national cybersecurity incident emergency mechanism, enhance capabilities to deal with cybersecurity incidents, prevent and reduce loss and harm caused by cybersecurity incidents, and protect public interests and safeguard national security.
